H.E.Dr.Arusha Cooray, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the UAE attended an insightful panel discussion hosted by Transguard Group, the Digital School, and CERT at Emirates Towers on 14 May. The conversation brought together leaders from industry, education, and policy to explore how collaborative workforce models can create meaningful employment pathways.
The session dealt with some of today’s pressing workforce challenges, from the global skills gap to the realities employers face around hiring, retention, and workforce stability. The session also addressed how education systems can better align with real labour‑market needs.
