High Commissioner Sunil De Silva presented credentials as the High Commissioner Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Sri Lanka at Maputo, Mozambique (resident in Pretoria), in the capital Maputo on 23rd June 2017, to Filipe Jacinto Nyusi.
