The Mission has successfully introduced a mobile application in collaboration with Mobitel, aimed at enhancing service delivery, and strengthening engagement with the Sri Lankan community residing in the UAE. This digital platform offers a user-friendly interface and provides access to a range of essential consular, employment and welfare services. Visitors requiring consular services can now schedule their appointments online. We expect to launch this on the 15th of August.
