Indian Cultural Centre (ICC), Colombo will organize painting, drawing and writing competition for children on 11th November at its premises to commemorate Children’s Day, which falls on 14th November every year, coinciding with the birth anniversary of the first Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru.
